Behind on Production?
We’ve got you covered. Our presses can handle speeds up to 40 strokes a minute and feature state-of-the-art feed line systems which can achieve up to 1,000 hits an hour. We also offer night shift operation capability should the need arise.
No Room for storage?
Not a problem. Our 28,750 sq. foot facility is available for die and coil storage. It features three 30 ton overhead cranes for easy and efficient movement of assets. There are also two large 14 foot tall auto bay doors in line with each other at opposite ends of our facility for easy truck drive thru.
What if my tooling is damaged?
TRUE’s stamping operation is ran by experienced die makers who can troubleshoot any die related issue with accuracy. We can fix, service and maintain your die inbetween your production cycle requirements. Your approval will always be considered for any tooling repair efforts or changes.
What if my tooling requires special setups and checks?
Our stamping operation team is skilled and can learn your tooling and processes. TRUE can implement additional quality checks with customer provided fixed gauging.
What if my budget is limited?
We can provide a cheap overhead rate without sacrificing quality and efficiency. Our operation provides easy scrap separation through automation. Scrap rebate can be negotiated into the cost per hit agreement.
